To balance this scenario we propose :
Change in Victory Conditions :
The Russians win at game end by controlling 7 building/rubble hex.
Add to Russian OB

Remove the Mtr50 from German reinforcements.
SSR2 : Russian T26s M37 tanks may set up in Motion and have a automatic radio contact for game turn 1.
